Millions of dollars are being sent to Floridians found to be part of a settlement with TurboTax and the company's owner Intuit who faced allegations that it charged people for services that should have been free.
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody says restitution checks are in the mail today after the state secured $10-million as part of the settlement.
Moody says consumers who are eligible will be notified through email and then receive a check in the mail automatically, without having to file a claim.
